What is Hoosball?

Hoosball is an off-shoot of the table game of foosball, only it is played by real people, instead of ‘stick’figurines, using a soccer ball and six suspended lateral bars across a 16 ft. x 32 ft. enclosed courtyard with four foot high walls (see diagram).

There are six players per team consisting of three forwards grasping the two bars in the center of the court, two mid-fields grasping two middle bars, and one goalie grasping the bar closest to the end zone. (See “Hoosball™ Game Rules”).

Everyone, regardless of age, can enjoy the game that can be played either indoor or outdoors. A complete, ready-to-assemble regulation court can be purchased by clicking HERE. It can assembled and disassembled by two people in about one hour.

Hoosball™ is a fast-growing sport that many grade, middle and high schools, colleges, sports bars, church functions, social gatherings, picnics, city parks, sports leagues and summer camps are including in their sports activities.
